This DIY sink cleaner has been a life saver for my white porcelain sink that gets stained over time. Make your dirty and stained sink white again with just 3 simple items!
3 SIMPLE ITEMS
For this DIY cleaner you will need Baking Soda, White Vinegar, Dish Soap and a scrubber (okay so kind of 4). I put the white vinegar in a spray bottle just to make it easier to spread evenly but you can also keep it in the original container it comes in and just pour it.
1. Spray/Pour White Vinegar
Spray the white vinegar all over the sink. Make sure to coat the sink pretty good. I like to go over it several times to make sure every inch is about covered.
2. Pour Baking Soda
After spraying (or pouring) the vinegar, cover the sink with baking soda. It should look resemble a “paste-like” structure and starting to fizz.
3. Spray with Vinegar
Coat the sink with vinegar again and it should really start to fizz. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour Dish Soap
Make sure the dish soap is just a light drizzle over the vinegar and baking soda.
5. Scrub
It may help to add a smidge of hot water.
6. Rinse
After rinsing, enjoy your new sparkly sink. This is such a simple and easy way to make your sink white again. Do this 1-2 times a month and it will make a huge difference in your kitchen and bathrooms.
Happy Cleaning,
Cherise
